  • File & Serve — Basic (Flat): $85 + HST — up to 2 attempts in London/Sarnia included service area + Service Confirmation included
  • File & Serve — Standard: $125 + HST — up to 4 attempts in London/Sarnia included service area + Service Confirmation included

Rush Options

  • RUSH-48 (within 48 hours): $29.95 + HST
  • RUSH-24 (within 24 hours): $49.95 + HST
  • RUSH-NOW (immediate today): $79.95 + HST

Add-ons

  • Additional Parties (same address): $45 + HST each
  • Printing: $0.50/page + HST
  • Court Filing: $50 + HST
  • Commissioned Affidavit of Service: $25 + HST when File & Serve completes the service and the affidavit is based on our factual service record.
  • We do not select, complete, revise, or advise on official court forms for clients.

Travel

  • London/Sarnia and the first 25 km from the nearest File & Serve office: no mileage charge. Beyond 25 km from the nearest office: $0.85/km + HST

All listed prices are plus HST (13%). The $125 Standard plan includes up to 4 attempts in the London/Sarnia included service area. No mileage charge applies inside London/Sarnia or within the first 25 km from the nearest File & Serve office; mileage beyond 25 km is $0.85/km plus HST. Pricing may vary based on case specifics, access limitations, or special instructions.
